At Bruno's Bows, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your bow tie or accessory isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the unused bows in their original packaging to ensure they stay crisp and protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the carrier; once received at our studio, we will process your refund or ship your new selection within 3-5 business days.
